County Council Members serve as the legislative branch of county government, passing local laws and approving the annual budget that funds public schools, roads, and emergency services. They set local tax rates and make final decisions on land use and zoning, which determines where new homes and businesses can be built. This office is responsible for prioritizing how your tax dollars are spent and managing the long-term growth and infrastructure of your community.

He earned a degree in Conflict Analysis and Dispute Resolution from Salisbury University after starting at Wor-Wic Community College, where he served on a local planning committee. Currently, he works as Director of Community Partnerships for Pohanka of Salisbury, having developed programs to support local nonprofits and connect organizations with resources. His background includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce and working with various community organizations including Junior Achievement of Wicomico County and United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore. He is raising two daughters in Salisbury and emphasizes investing energy into his home communities rather than remote work.
