Members of the Maryland House of Delegates represent their local districts in the state legislature by proposing, debating, and voting on laws that impact public education, healthcare, and transportation. They work alongside the state Senate to pass Maryland’s annual budget and determine how tax dollars are allocated to community services and infrastructure projects. This office is vital because delegates shape the statewide policies and spending priorities that directly influence the daily lives of all residents.

A graduate of the David A. Clarke School of Law, she has developed community-focused programs such as the Chronic Absenteeism Termination (CAT) Program and Future Legal Minds. Her platform is heavily informed by her lived experience as a caregiver for her mother during a battle with pancreatic cancer and as a mother navigating the healthcare system for her child with autism. She has held leadership positions as the Deputy Secretary of the Maryland Democratic Party and is the founder of Women of Action Charles County. Her legislative priorities include protecting Medicaid funding, fully implementing the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future in schools, and addressing diagnostic backlogs for neurodivergent children.
