According to Maryland Matters, Healey is currently at odds with Harford County Executive Robert Cassilly over access to emails belonging to her office's administration. She stated she plans to seek a judge's order requiring Cassilly's administration to provide access to the data and requested millions of dollars to move her email system off the county system. Healey expressed that she does not want to be involved in political infighting but feels these actions directly correlate to her ability to run her office, noting that Cassilly has denied her request for access to data belonging to this office.
