He currently serves as Special Counsel to State's Attorney Haven Shoemaker and has handled hundreds of cases ranging from minor traffic violations to serious criminal offenses including homicide. A proud resident of Carroll County since 1992, he lives in Eldersburg with his wife Janet and three children who are all graduates of Liberty High School. He graduated from Providence College in 1992 with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1999. In 2018, he was honored as Prosecutor of the Year at the Carroll County Public Safety Awards sponsored by the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce. His mission focuses on ensuring justice prevails while upholding integrity in every aspect of the legal process with a commitment to fairness, transparency, and accountability.
