He is a proud Eastern Shore native and lifelong resident of Salisbury who grew up in a blue-collar family where his mother worked at Folgers and his father was a mechanic and truck driver. His professional background includes 25 years with the fire department as an Assistant Chief and EMT, entrepreneurship starting with lawn mowing as a teenager, founding Beauchamp Brothers Construction in 1985, and serving as a licensed real estate agent since 1987. He is currently Chair of the Wicomico County Republican Central Committee and has served on the State Board of On-Site Wastewater Professionals. His legislative priorities focus on building affordable housing through infrastructure change, protecting farmers and watermen, and advocating for small businesses to prosper without losing local values.
