As a Vietnam vet, husband and father, I am proud to serve District 10 as your current Senator.
I want to discuss something that has been a bedrock of our great nation, yet is often overlooked: the principles of service.
I am pleased to say that all my bills that passed out of the Legislature have been signed into law by Governor Wes Moore.
Constituent Services are the Senator's top priority.
