He has previously served as the Chief Judge of the Orphans’ Court for Garrett County after being appointed by Governor Hogan and elected twice by voters. Outside of public service, he is a small business owner, realtor, and farmer in Swanton. His platform focuses on representing Western Maryland’s distinct "mountain values" in Annapolis, prioritizing economic development, and upholding the rule of law.
