He holds a Criminal Justice degree from Allegany College of Maryland and completed training at the nationally accredited Baltimore County Police Academy. Morgan is a member of the Maryland Sheriff’s Association and the Fraternal Order of Police, as well as the Fort Hill Rifle and Pistol Club and the Cumberland Outdoor Club. He is a member of Graceland Baptist Church and has been married to his wife, Heather, for 30 years. His campaign emphasizes a commitment to protecting Allegany County and serving its citizens through leadership, integrity, and a dedication to upholding the law.
