She and her husband have owned and operated Bayside Boat Rentals in Ocean City since 1999, and she is a mother of three WCPS students. Cutlip has been involved as a parent in Worcester County Public Schools for approximately 13 years, holding various volunteer roles including PTA president at Showell Elementary School, member of the School Improvement Advisory Committee at both Showell Elementary School and Berlin Intermediate School, and service on School Safety and Superintendent Selection Committees. She was sworn into office in January 2026 to serve the remainder of Addis's four-year term through November 2026.
