He brings over 15 years of experience in computer-related jobs and projects, primarily working in business analysis, requirements definition, cost analysis, and project management for large government agencies, private sector companies, and non-profit organizations. Currently he provides requirements analysis support to the Department of Veterans Affairs as they improve processes involved in registration of beneficiaries and eligibility determinations. Beyond his professional work, Jim is a CALLERLAB-Certified Square Dance Teacher who calls and teaches Modern Western Square Dancing programs throughout the DC Metro area and travels nationwide for dance events. His wife Ann holds a Ph.D. in costume and textile history from the University of Maryland and serves as staff historian at Riversdale historic house museum.
