Blue-Collar Scholarship bill increases access for blue collar workers and tradespeople to already existing scholarship money. Benefits tradespeople, truck drivers, and other everyday working citizens attending Cecil College who want to better their lives.

Healthcare
EMS transport reimbursement increase and EMT pension system participation. First responders face challenges including appropriate funding to confront modern emergencies.

Public Safety
First responder support including EMT pension participation and law enforcement tax benefits. Municipal officers can testify in circuit court for unresolved municipal infractions without an attorney.
