Members of the Maryland House of Delegates represent their local districts in the state legislature by proposing, debating, and voting on laws that impact public education, healthcare, and transportation. They work alongside the state Senate to pass Maryland’s annual budget and determine how tax dollars are allocated to community services and infrastructure projects. This office is vital because delegates shape the statewide policies and spending priorities that directly influence the daily lives of all residents.

He grew up in Aberdeen, was raised by his grandmother who passed away when he was 12 years old and entered foster care before graduating from Joppatowne High School. A disabled Marine Corps veteran who served as a Military Policeman with three meritorious promotions and multiple awards including Naval Achievement Medals, he spent nearly 20 years in business development while serving on non-profit boards including United Way and Arc where he was named State Legislator of the Year for 2021. He lives outside Bel Air with four children and has been recognized by CPAC with the Award for Conservative Excellence and as Maryland Military Coalition Legislator of the Year in 2024.
