Philip will stand up for you and your Baltimore County First.
This means making sure out of touch government committees learn the real impact of what they are trying to do. He will speak his mind and hold leaders accountable and ensure consistency while honing in on these campaign issues: Our Waterways, Crime, Education, Job Growth, Responsible Development.
After careful consideration of the needs of our community and the future of District 8, I have decided to suspend my campaign for County Council. While my commitment to our neighborhoods remains as strong as ever, I believe the best way for me to serve Middle River and Bowleys Quarters right now is by throwing my full support behind Josh Sines.
