He founded Maldon Language Interpreters, LLC to support Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals across multiple sectors, established The Maldon Academy for interpreter training, and authored a political memoir titled Lessons in Leadership, Loyalty & Loss: How I Survived Political Fire and Came Back Stronger. As of his filing, he is 40 years old and registered as a Democrat seeking the delegate seat currently held by Darrell C. Odom Sr.
