For Stephanie, leadership means listening. She's standing up for responsible growth, strengthening our neighborhoods, schools, and working every day to make Harford County an even better place to call home — making decisions alongside our community to protect, plan and preserve.
I will be an accessible Council member—listening to residents and ensuring they have a clear understanding and voice in county decisions. I have testified before the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee on SB 619 to oppose SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation) suits, working to ensure residents and community groups are not silenced and remain part of the decision-making process.
I will protect the character of our neighborhoods by ensuring that any growth respects residents, safeguards open space, and preserves what makes District B unique.
