He is running in the June 23, 2026 Republican primary alongside Zulieka Baysmore, Brian Campbell, Glen Geelhaar, and Jacqueline Stevenson. The top three Republican vote-getters will face Democratic incumbents Nick Allen, Harry Bhandari, and Kim Ross, as well as Democratic challengers Kumasi Barnett and Marsha Briley-Savage, in the November 3, 2026 general election. District 8 has been held by Democrats since 2022, when the party flipped all three seats.
