He currently serves as a pastor at New Life Marbury and New Life Church in La Plata, and formerly led Celestial Manna, a food security nonprofit that distributed millions of pounds of food annually. His campaign focuses on transitioning Charles County from a "bedroom community" into a self-sustaining economic hub by prioritizing job growth, transportation infrastructure, and government efficiency. Clark emphasizes a faith-driven leadership approach, aiming to empower residents and streamline organizational systems to improve the quality of life in Southern Maryland.
